Adi Scores Both Goals For Portland Timbers

Former FC Copenhagen forward Fanendo Adi scored both goals for Portland Timbers as they drew 2-2 with LA Galaxy in the MLS.
The 24 year old opened the scoring for his side in the 31st minute but Gyasi Zardes restored parity for the visitors in the 65th minute.

Adi thought he has won the game for his side when he scored at the dot of 90 minutes but, his joy was short lived as Alan Gordon’s strike helped LA Galaxy have a share of the spoils.

Last season Adi won the Atlantic Cup with Portland Timbers, a team he joined on loan from Danish giant FC Copenhagen.

He scored 9 times from 24 games last season, hence will be glad to have scored twice already this term with just two games played.
