Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has revealed that his side will go all
out to win the game against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday.
Chelsea currently hold a slender advantage over PSG in the UEFA
Champions League tie as they scored an away goal in the 1-1 draw in
Paris a few weeks ago.
Mourinho has insisted that Chelsea will go for the win, even though
they only need a 0-0 draw to qualify for the quarter-finals.
"There is complete balance but we are going to try to win," Mourinho told the press, as quoted by the Daily Star.
"Experience helps us to sleep well tonight, just that.
"You feel comfortable to play if you’ve done it many times. It’s one
more game, in spite of the fact it’s a knockout game, so we are calm.
"We are speaking about teams with very good players who are comfortable at this level, so it’s more about them."
Chelsea will be looking to keep Zlatan Ibrahimovic quiet tonight, but according to Mourinho there is no specific plan for him.
"I don’t have a plan because it’s very difficult to play against a player like him, such a good player," he said.
"We don’t focus on one player. We will focus, as we always do, on their team, but especially on ourselves."
Chelsea faced PSG in last year’s quarter-finals and knocked them out on the away goals rule.
